Servicekvalitet
Hvis Telia i henhold til aftalen skal levere roaming giver Telia dig i EU/EØS adgang til de roamingtjenester, som du bruger indenlandsk (tale, sms, mobildata) og som leveres af besøgende operatører i EU/EØS-landene, og kvaliteten heraf vil være den samme eller bedre, end den som Telia leverer til dig indenlandsk (ved kvalitet forstås f.eks. hastighed, ventetid, tilgængelighed).

Du skal dog være opmærksom på, at i visse EU/EØS-lande kan tjenester, som leveres af bestemte operatører, blive leveret på mindre gunstige vilkår på grund af de objektive teknologiske muligheder, dvs. tilgængeligheden af visse teknologier (for eksempel fordi den samme generation af net, f.eks. 4G, 5G ikke er tilgængelig), dækning, krav til sikring af netværksintegritet eller variation på grund af eksterne faktorer (f.eks. topografi).
