Du kan frit vælge forskellige roamingpakker til forskellige medarbejdere. De kan nyde friheden ved at kunne ringe, maile og arbejde digitalt i de inkluderede lande. Og du kan nyde forudsigeligheden ved en regning uden overraskelser.

World Ekstra er tilgængeligt på visse typer abonnementer.

Tryghed over dataforbrug i udlandet

Med Telias gratis sms-tjeneste kan du trygt følge med i dit dataforbrug, når du er i EU. Du kan sende en sms med teksten "forbrug" til 81111, så modtager du en sms om dit EU data forbrug.

Når det inkluderede dataforbrug er opbrugt, har I mulighed for at tilkøbe ekstra datapakker, hvor I til fordelagtige priser kan bestille yderligere data á 2 GB, 5 GB, 10 GB og 20 GB. Når hhv. 80% og 100% af dataforbruget er nået, modtager brugeren en varslings-sms med vejledning til tilkøb af ekstra data samt oplysninger om priser.

Opholder du dig udenfor EU kan Telias datakontrol også skabe tryghed for dig, så du ikke overstiger din selvvalgte beløbsgrænse. Beløbsgrænsen er 450 kr. inkl. moms/mdr. pr. bruger, med mindre I har valgt en anden. Når hhv. 80% og 100% af beløbsgrænsen er nået, modtager brugeren en varslings-sms med vejledning til ændring af beløbsgrænsen.

Ofte stillede spørgsmål om roaming

Hvad er Roam Like Home?

Roam Like Home betyder, at du kan tale og sende sms/mms uden at betale ekstra, når du rejser i Norden og EU. Mere præcist betyder det, at når du rejser i Norden og EU, kan du ringe og sende sms/mms'er til alle EU numre (dog ikke overtakserede og lign. numre), uden det koster ekstra.

Derudover kan du bruge en del af din inkluderede data i EU. Der er dog indført en såkaldt "fair use-begrænsning" af EU, som skal forhindre misbrug og sætte et loft på, hvad der er rimelig brug.

Hvorfor kan jeg ikke bruge alle de inkluderede GB i udlandet?

Den nye EU-regulering betyder, at du kan tage din mobilpakke med til andre EU lande såsom Spanien, Tyskland og Italien uden at betale ekstra. Teleselskaber kan ifølge de nye EU-regler sætte et loft for, hvad der er rimelig brug af data i EU. Det kaldes for en "fair use-begrænsning", som bl.a. skal forhindre misbrug.

I de fleste af Telias abonnementer får du mere data, end EU foreskriver.

Hvor meget data kan jeg bruge i EU med mit abonnement?

Hvor meget data, du kan bruge i EU, afhænger af, hvilket abonnement, du har. Med alle Corporate abonnementer kan du bruge al din tale, sms/mms og en del af dine inkluderede data, når du rejser i EU. Du kan tjekke, hvor meget data du har med i dit abonnement ved at gøre følgende (tjenesten er gratis i Danmark og EU):

Er der begrænsninger for, hvor meget jeg må bruge mobilen uden for Danmark?

Nej, du kan bruge så meget, du vil, men hvis du bruger mere end 50% vs Danmark, så takserer vi for alt over 50%.
EU-kommissionen har defineret en 50%-regel, der hedder Stable Link. Det betyder, at du skal bruge mobilen i Danmark mindst 50% af tiden.
Telia må, hvis mobilen bruges mere uden for Danmark inden for en rullende 4 måneders periode (123 dage), opkræve en højere takst svarende til den EU-regulerede forbrugstakst.

Hvad sker der, hvis jeg bruger alle mine GB i EU?

Hos Telia er du som standard altid sikret mod ekstra dataforbrug i udlandet, så du ikke skal være bekymret for store regninger.
Du har følgende muligheder, hvis du opbruger din data:

Blokere: Du kan vælge at blokere for data i resten af din regningsperiode.
Betale for forbrug: Du kan fortsætte med at bruge data. Du kan se, hvad det vil koste her
Datapakker: Du kan købe en data-pakke, der gælder resten af din regningsperiode. Datapakker købes når du ikke har mere data tilbage, du vil blive notificeret af Telia når dette sker, og også hvordan du kan købe mere data.

Bruger jeg mere data i udlandet end i Danmark?

Nej. Datamængden er den samme, uanset om du bruger tjenester i udlandet eller Danmark. Sandsynligvis vil du faktisk bruge lidt mindre, da Telias netværk hører til blandt de hurtigste i verden.

Vil jeg stadig have mulighed for at ringe og sms'e, selvom jeg har opbrugt min data?

Ja, tale, sms og mms vil ikke blive påvirket af blokeringen på data.

Hvad koster det at ringe til et EU-land, hvis jeg befinder mig i et andet EU-land (ikke Danmark)?

Hvad er roaming?

Jeg har ikke sendt så mange sms'er på samme tidspunkt?

Der kan være flere årsager til, at du bliver opkrævet for flere sms'er, som er sendt på samme tidspunkt. Det kan f.eks. være at:

Du har sendt samme sms til flere modtagere
Din sms bestod af mere end 160 tegn. Hvis din sms består af flere end 160 tegn, så betaler du for mere end én sms.
Din sms indeholdte tyrkiske eller spanske tegn eller var skrevet på et andet sprog (med specialtegn). I disse tilfælde kan en sms kun være på 70 tegn ad gangen.
Du har brugt emojis, så din sms kun kan være på 70 tegn pr. besked. Husk at være opmærksom på din brug af emojis, hvis du rejser uden for EU.

It is necessary that the users register into the application by following the registration steps. Once the registration is active, the users can sign in the application, and in case of emergency to make a connection (establish a chat session) with an operator of the 112 Emergency number.

The system is currently in an experimental and testing phase and pilot region tests have been organized and are being organised.
